Daniele R. DiPardo, CPA graduated from Duquesne University in 1967 and obtained his Certified Public Accounting License in 1970. He has been in public practice for over 50 years. The firm started in 1968 and Mr. DiPardo has directed the firm's practice since joining in 1975. For the past 50 years he has been principal and shareholder in DiPardo Eremic & Co. P.C. Where he has concentrated his efforts in the accounting, auditing and tax aspects of the practice. He has aided in the expansion of taxation, management consultation, advisory services, spearheaded the practice's estate and gift tax planning and reporting services.
In addition to his responsibilities with DiPardo Eremic and Co. P.C. Mr. DiPardo has served as an instructor for continuing education courses of the American, Pennsylvania , & Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He holds memberships in these organizations.

Keith R. Eremic, CPA has been a Partner since 2006 and has been in public practice with our firm for over 25 years. Mr. Eremic graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in May 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and earned his second degree, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May 1996. He graduated Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduation, he passed his CPA Examination on his first attempt and began his career as a CPA with DiPardo Eremic & Co., (formerly DiPardo Baldacci & Co.) in January 1997.
Mr. Eremic has experience in many industries. Our practice revolves around client relations and builds on our experience with clients in multiple industries. Mr. Eremic has led our team in obtaining research and development and employee retention tax credits for clients. Mr. Eremic has overseen compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statement engagements in addition to tax engagements in many states. Mr. Eremic brings the personal touch to our firm and continues to build strong relationships with our clients.
Mr. Eremic is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Edgewood Country Club and the Westmoreland Chamber of Commerce.

Michael Masters graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and obtained his Certified Public Accounting license in 2013. He joined the company in September of 2005 and became a Partner in July of 2016. He is also a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accounts and has been at the lead in training new staff. In his years with the firm, he has prepared a variety of tax returns and financial statements as well as working directly with clients to improve their accounting systems and procedures.
